Description Katie Weigel with Robert Half Finance and Accounting is recruiting to fill a Part Time Full Charge Bookkeeper role for a small property management and hospitality company. The owner is seeking someone with QuickBooks experience to handle the 25-30 hours per week worth of accounting for their multiple entities. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, preparing a financial and cash flow management experience. Day to day responsibilities include maintaining and closing the books for multiple LLC's, (including both cash and accrual basis accounting); Reporting to the owner on business operations; reconciling transactions and bank accounts; paying bills and allocating expenses to correct entities and filing the sales, personal property and room taxes.
