Partime Handyman needed!

We are a property management company looking for a handyman that can do basic household repairs to complete rehabs/remodels as well as tenant improvement work. MUST have 3 references. Must have NV Valid driver's license. Must be a US citizen.

Needs to have skills in:

- MUST KNOW paint and paint sprayer

- minor electrical

- minor plumbing

- drywall repair

We are looking for someone who can work alone and get the job done in a timely manner!

$25 an hour + Paint jobs paid by square footage + mileage

VERY IMPORTANT PLEASE READ

- You are paid every two weeks via payroll for EVERYTHING. Your payroll will include your piecework as well as your hourly pay and mileage.

- Position is a W2 position. W9 position not available

Must be a US citizen

You will need your own tools and your own truck or van, not a car as you will need to pick up materials and supplies sometimes.
