Production Assistant – Mil-Spec Paint Co.

Mil-Spec Paint & Powder. is currently seeking a Production Assistant to join our team. This role involves a variety of tasks to support our production process.

Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

Prepping and masking parts

Painting and powder coating

Quality control inspections

Unmasking and packaging finished parts

General shop organization and cleaning

Qualifications:

Previous painting and/or powder coating experience preferred

Prior shop experience is required

Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently

Must be able to lift 50lbs

Must be able to sit stand for many hours

Ability to follow instruction and work orders a must

Must have reliable transportation

Ability to read/speak/understand English is required

Compensation:

Pay is based on experience.

Bonus Structure available after probation period

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
