- A minimum of five (5) years in the Information Technology field. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, plus a minimum three (3) years of experience supporting Voter Registration and Poll Book applications for a large Elections operation. Candidates with experience supporting the Votec VEMACS voter registration system preferred.
- C#.NET, ASP.NET, VB.NET, Web Services, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, Internet Information Services (IIS) administration & Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)
- SharePoint Administration & Development
- Oracle Report Writer, Oracle SQL & PL/SQL
- MSSQL & TSQL
- Report development, data analysis and web application development/enhancement.
- Gather, analyze and evaluate system requirements related to in-house solutions (e.g., Nevada Online Voter Application service for Clark County)
- Develop automated solutions to support Elections Department business operations
- Collaborate with vendors and other agencies (e.g., VOTEC, Department of Motor Vehicles, and the Nevada Secretary of State development teams)
- Work closely with other in-house developers.
