Description We are in search of a Project Coordinator to join our team in the Real Estate & Property industry, based in Minden, Nevada. This role provides an opportunity to engage in a dynamic work environment and contribute to key projects within the organization. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating project tasks, managing timelines, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day duties. This is a contract to hire employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule multiple subcontractors, ensuring efficient use of resources. Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues. Ensure accurate and timely updates to budgets and schedules. Process and prepare change orders as necessary. Coordinate the bidding process, including bid comparisons for decision-making. Verify and maintain insurance certificates for subcontractors and owners. Prepare and maintain contracts and purchase orders for subcontractors and owners. Assist field superintendents as needed and coordinate project permits. Maintain both physical and electronic project files, ensuring all construction documents and specifications are up to date. Oversee project quality control throughout development to uphold standards. Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project, ensuring synergy. Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for project progression. Write and elaborate contracts between the organization and subcontractors. Requirements Proven experience in a Project Coordinator role or similar within the Real Estate & Property industry Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to manage and respond to different customer needs and expectations Proficiency in data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to manage project timelines effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files and documents Experience in scanning and shipping functions, ensuring all documents and packages are handled appropriately Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with team members, clients, and other stakeholders effectively Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make effective decisions under pressure.
