Koin is recruiting a Project Manager. This is a Project Manager position with a primary scope to be responsible for the overall planning, execution, management and reporting of multiple projects and initiatives to include vendor integration, client launches, implementations, and deployments for projects in the payment and gaming space.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:· Provide leadership for vendor and client project initiatives, serving as the internal and external project owner, and main point of contract, throughout all phases of the project.
  • Develop and manage vendor/client launch plans; create clear, attainable program objectives.·Communicate effectively on a day-to-day basis with vendor/clients, partner with clients during the lifecycle of the onboarding program or project.
  • Utilize project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.·Manage the project timeline and ensure all team members keep detailed tracking of all project hours; manage project roles, identify resource requirements, manage project resources, define project deliverables and act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and vendor/clients.· Work closely with vendor/clients and sales, systems engineering, services consultants, product development and other member of cross-functional teams to manage project scope and create vendor/client-centric workflows and processes that maximize vendor/clientoutcomes.· Review project deliverables prior to vendor/client review, assess and provide improve recommendations where required; proactively manage vendor/client expectations.· Assist in preparing and delivering clear and concise activity/progress reports to vendor/clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership; clearly communicate and manage risks.· Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and management.· Manage the project closing process, conduct post-implementation reviews with vendor/clients, lessons learned reviews with internal teams and work with senior leadership team to implement improvement areas.· Attend and present information at pre-sales meetings with vendor/clients.· Participate in vendor/client needs assessment reviews, create scoping briefs for Executive Team and present scope, pricing and delivery quotes to internal team and client.· Partner with Sales Executive/Account Managers to support communication of new services and opportunities to clients to drive additional revenue.· Manage multiple projects at any given time while adhering to established deadlines and exceeding vendor/client expectations.· Provide online support and session facilitation for online Virtual Events hosted on the platform, as needed.

    We are looking for:Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent work experience· 5+ years of experience in project · Current PMP Certificate or similar accreditations preferred.· Experience in change management and issue management.· Must have excellent communication, written and oral skills.
