Role:

Oversee daily construction operations, subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality, and project progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Requirements:Construction Superintendent experienceStrong subcontractor coordination and scheduling skillsKnowledge of safety, quality, and construction standardsAbility to read blueprints and specificationsStrong leadership and problem-solving skillsExperience with commercial, hospitality, retail, or medical projects preferredConstruction Management/Civil Engineering degree preferredComfortable working on-site in Crystal Bay, NV
