- Looking for a software quality assurance leader to support the overall growth of the organization. (8+ years of experience)
- Responsible for Leading and directing the QA leadership team.
- Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in the field of Security, Investigations, Penetration Testing, or Compliance.
- Must have at least four years of experience in IT security in one or more of the following areas, enterprise network & host penetration assessments, network & host penetration tools and methods, remediation management in OnPrem/ Cloud/ DevOps environment
- Six or more years of experience in one or more of the following: Active Directory Penetration Testing, Red Team Operations, Purple Team assessments, Mobile and/or Web Application assessments, Phishing
- Deliver an unmatched experience to customers in terms of quality, performance, usability, reliability, and security.
- Conducting vulnerability testing of banking systems to see if there are no security loopholes in the system which can be exploited by cyber attackers/ scammers/ hackers.
- This position will be primarily responsible for reviewing software quality standards, establishing best practices, and leading the software testing organization
- Previous experience in financial services in a quality assurance/compliance monitoring role in a banking environment.
- Monitor the preparation and filing of regulatory reports in accordance with the policy and the risk assessment framework
- Responsible for Defining QA strategy, approach, and execution in development projects
- Identify inaccuracies and/or incomplete work. Communicate errors/discrepancies to the appropriate individuals and ensure that corrective action is taken. When appropriate escalate issues to leadership and identify training opportunities.
- Provide leadership and technical expertise within Test Automation and Quality Assurance
- Be accountable for the test automation projects, mentor, and provide leadership to the QA automation developers and managers
- Ensuring that the development teams adhere to the principles, guidelines and best practices of the QA strategy as defined
- Focus on continuous QA improvements including usage of appropriate testing tools, test techniques, test automation
- Building and maintenance of quality standards as well as enforcing technical and testing standards
- Monitoring of all the QA activities, test results, leaked defects, root cause analysis and identifying areas of improvement
- Implement steps required to improve the processes
- Gather and present testing metrics and testing activities for the projects to key stakeholders
- Ensure the proper usage of available tools to gain the maximum benefit of the QA effort
- This includes testing tools for functional, performance, automation, etc
- Manage training and continuous learning of QA staff by means of short courses, conferences, meetups, certifications, etc
- Be an escalation point for all matters related to testing and quality assurance and operate as a primary point of contact for the QA teams
- Direct the development of the QA strategy, methodology, discipline and Famework
- Driving and improving the QA team in areas of automated testing and agile testing
- Provide technical expertise in Test Automation, Testing Methodologies, Testing Processes, Tools and Techniques across the teams
- Work with QA managers, Development managers and the Software Development Director to develop and execute QA strategies to meet and exceed department and corporate quality goals

- Performing penetration tests on new IT solutions against security best practices to determine gaps and suggest options for remediation
- Responsible for development and documentation of requirements and design for moderate to large security solution components, including rules, dashboards, as well as scripts to facilitate penetration testing activities
- Responsible for providing leadership and work prioritization for security tabletop and purple teaming projects
- Responsible for maintaining personal business and technical knowledge to train others in IS
- Responsible for planning activities within the Security Assurance Penetration Team
- Financial Services industry experience preferred
- MBA/MS in computer science, engineering, or related field preferred
- Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and used Cyber Security Technology (CST) tools and techniques
- Demonstrates excellent judgment when working through complex situations.

- Has good working knowledge in any Cloud environment
- Has designed and architected a QA Security environment using best QA practices in the industry
