We’re looking for a recruiter in the “thick of it” who has experience finding and placing candidates in the Professional Services industry. This is a part-time, flexible hour commitment and can be worked either on site or from your virtual office. This position will manage the hiring process through from Cradle to Grave. We’re not looking for a lead generator.
What you should have:
5+ years “Recruitment” experience.
Proven success in identifying, attracting, and securing hard to reach talent.
Bachelor’s Degree with business related major.
Ability to close the hiring cycle.
Successful track record in sourcing candidates via the most up to date methods.
Ability to prioritize, and perform work with minimal supervision.
What you will do:
Turn candidates into Team Members through a structured cradle to grave process.
Achieve/exceed recruitment goals.
Prepare weekly “Recruitment Activity” report.
Work approximately 10 or more hours per week.
