About the Role

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service and support to clients in both English and [insert second language, e.g., Spanish]. This position involves answering inbound calls, sending enrollment information, and managing invoicing tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Answer and respond to inbound phone calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner.

Send and track enrollment forms and client information.

Prepare, issue, and follow up on client invoices.

Qualifications
