ONE MONTH CONTRACT (POSSIBILITY OF GOING DIRECT) HOURS ARE THURSDAY- MONDAY 1:30PM- 10PM PSTJOB DESCRIPTION:Are you passionate about animals? Now seeking talented individuals with exceptional customer service skills to permanently join a National Pet Hospital in their national headquarters! Our client was voted one of the best companies to work for in Vancouver, Washington and they offer competitive pay, diversity, and amazing benefits. Pay is $17 hourly. Responsibilities:
Answer emails and chats from customers with a variety of different questions
Advise customers of Wellness Plan benefits
Engage sales tactics to retain customers
Assist in providing general customer service and quick, complete service
Educating customers on benefits of continuing with pet plan
Additional Skills & Qualifications:THIS WILL BE REMOTECandidates must have:
Desktop computer (or a laptop with an extra monitor)
Ethernet cable
Windows 10
16 GB of RAM minimum
85 mbps download speed ( https://www.speedtest.net/ )
Qualifications:
At least 1 year experience in data entry
Ability to type at least 45 WPM
Basic computer knowledge
Quick learner, positive attitude
Quiet and private work environment
This is a very customer service focused with a need for being organized and ability speak/write well since most correspondence will be via email.
All candidates must complete a typing test (45 WPM)
