- Responsibilities:
- Translate the customer’s business requirements to define RPA (Robotic Process Automation) value proposition and solution scope
- Understand our client s business requirements and clearly document them in order for our RPA consultant teams to deploy the automation projects in an optimal manner
- Facilitate the mitigation of risks and issues throughout the RPA deployment phase
- Support our clients in implementing the required changes to make effective use of the automation
- Deliver demos, technical trainings and support for new/existing clients
- Responsible with the handover of the overall solution to Operations teams
- Provide post Go Live support to Operations throughout stabilization phase
- Provide business analyst support expertise to Sales team during the RFI/RFP and POC stages and help Sales team to draft the RFI/RFP responses
- Participate in pre-sales client workshops to help shape best fit solution by working closely with Sales and Implementation teams.
- Provide support to Implementation team throughout deployment of new deals during POCs and project implementation
- Evaluate business process and provide recommendations for RPA Tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Openspan, Automation Anywhere, Win Automation, Workfusion.
- Qualifications
- Degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in technology or Business Process Outsourcing as senior developer, architect or project manager working with onshore or offshore teams
- Experience in automation that covers business acumen, time management skills and a passion for learning
- Adept at process assessments and understands applications of RPA in different business domains.
- Strong understanding of RPA concepts and market
- Process assessment experience for end-to-end process automation including RPA proof of concepts
- Expertise in at least one of market leading RPA platforms such as Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, PEGA OpenSpan, UI Path and deep understanding of technology and architecture concepts
- Experience in process documentation and analysis, PDD or SDDs, including specification of system requirements for business processes
- Ability to engage with stakeholders to understand and respond to their needs in rapidly changing business environments
- Open to a variety of tech stacks
- Agile mind-set is a mandatory requirement
