Description We are seeking a Sales Gallery Coordinator to be a part of our team in the hospitality industry, based in Las Vegas, Nevada. The role involves providing excellent customer service, coordinating sales and marketing operations, and assisting in the planning of guests' vacations. This is a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external guests. Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing Departments as a Sales Front Desk Agent. Handle guest check-ins for sales presentations and assign appropriate team members. Maintain accurate coding and update various sales rotations daily. Track daily attendance and training attendance. Answer all incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate employees. Assist guests with their vacation plans, including arranging shows and dinners, as a Gifting Agent. Issue all Taxi/Uber/Parking reimbursements to internal and external guests. Assist with premiums for all departments and reconcile nightly. Coordinate with the Transportation Team for picking up and dropping off guests and collateral at various locations. Take inventory and stock all kitchen supplies as a Kitchen Agent. Keep café and refreshment areas cleaned and stocked at all times. Requirements Possess basic office skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience in the hospitality industry is preferable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to coordinate and manage schedules and appointments effectively High level of organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Ability to work independently as well as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent education level is required Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure Flexibility to work during weekends or holidays if required Familiarity with sales principles and practices is a plus Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
