If you're a match, or know anyone that may be interested, please apply or contact Project Overview:With the SMART 21 (Silver State Modernization Approach for Resources and Technology in the 21st Century) project, our Government client seeks to replace its 18-year old financial and human resources system with a comprehensive ERP solution to increase productivity and enhance decision making for resource allocation.The project scope includes:

  • An integrated set of cloud-hosted Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution software components to deliver the functional and technical requirements for a statewide implementation for the Government client.
  • Configuration of the SMART 21 components so that the solution meets functional and technical requirements.
  • Enabling technologies such as an integration platform to integrate with legacy applications, master data management to ensure data integrity across the solution components, business intelligence reporting capabilities, and externalized security authentication.
  • Implementation services including project management, requirements validation and elaboration, business process design and solution configuration, integration services, data migration/conversion, solution testing, support for user acceptance testing, solution training, production service center/help desk support services, support for turnover transition and post-turnover support.
This need is for an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant working along with Government staff to improve the existing production landscape, primarily in the area of Employee Central. Tasks:
  • Work with SMART 21 team to work resolve support tickets, and document the resolutions
  • Participate in meetings as requested/required.
  • Follow the change control process prescribed by the Office of Project Management, to deploy any changes to production.
  • Provide formal document of Knowledge Transfer to Client resources at end of contract period.
Scope of Work:
  • The SAP SuccessFactors Consultant will work on an as needed basis under the direction of the Office of Project Management (OPM).
  • The SAP SuccessFactors Consultant will make configuration changes to the SAP EC landscapes, under the direction of the OPM Human Resources (HR) team to meet the Client s evolving HR requirements.
  • The SAP SuccessFactors Consultant will ensure all EC landscapes (Development, Quality, Production) are being maintained using best practices to keep changes in synch between environments.
  • The SAP SuccessFactors Consultant will document thoroughly, and perform Knowledge Transfer to OPM HR team on all changes being migrated to production.
  • The SAP SuccessFactors Consultant will follow Client Change Control procedures before moving any changes to production.
Experience and Skills Required-
  • At least two SuccessFactors implementations.
  • At least two projects with post-production SuccessFactors support.
  • SuccessFactors skills in the core Employee Central module, including Business Rule management, Configuration, and Data Import/Exports.
  • Ability to creatively solve problems in a team environment.
  • Ability to understand existing configuration and be able to fix bugs or make changes as applicable.
  • Ability to understand how configuration affects other SAP modules e.g., Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, etc.
  • Ability to document configuration changes in Workbook and provide Knowledge Transfer documentation.
  • Ability to work well with other project consultants.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with DevOps/Agile delivery methods.
  • At least a Bachelor s degree.
Experience and Skills Preferred-Experience in other SuccessFactors modules such as Recruiting and Onboarding, Learning Management, Employee Central Payroll, Compensation, Performance and Goals, Succession and Career Development.
