Job Title: Line Cook

Starting Pay: up to $17/hour + tips / Depends on Position

Requirements:

-1 year of experience working at a Japanese Restaurant or similar settings ( For Cook )

- No experience require for DISH WASHER apply

-Knowledge of Food Safety and Health Compliances

-Must be a team player and able to work well together with different departments

-Must be able to follow instructions and directions to meet company standards

-Multitasking capabilities in a fast paced environment

-Food Handler's Card

Job Descriptions:

-Properly execute food safety and health guidelines from Southern Nevada Health District

-Cooking and prepping menu by following the restaurant's recipes and guidelines

-Supporting the Sushi Line

-Kitchen Opening and Closing procedures
