-1 year of experience working at a Japanese Restaurant or similar settings

-Knowledge of Food Safety and Health Compliances

-Must be a team player and able to work well together with different departments

-Must be able to follow instructions and directions to meet company standards

-Multitasking capabilities in a fast paced environment

-Food Handler's Card

-Properly execute food safety and health guidelines from Southern Nevada Health District

- Preparing menu by following the restaurant's recipes and guidelines

- Supporting the Sushi Line

- Sushi Section Opening and Closing procedures
