This position will help lead AH4R to drive innovation and establish a data-driven culture. Main responsibilities involve, but not limited to, the technical implementations of Master Data Management, Digital Asset Management, Data Lakehouse, Enterprise Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence pipelines, and Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning enablement. The position will work closely with executive stakeholders, project leads, and technical resources on data related projects to align and prioritize a coherent strategy for organizing, governing, analyzing, and deploying data assets. This position will support executive leadership with defining the evolving data strategy vision and roadmap to account for plans to develop AH4R data-driven initiatives to mature data and analytics-based products and services. Responsibilities:

Designs and implements Data architecture solutions and models to meet enterprise data management needs and business functional requirements, ensuring all data solutions meet industry best practices for scalability, maintainability, extensibility, flexibility, and integrity.

Designs and develops standards, and procedures to ensure data quality, ingestion, curation, and provisioning of data to enable Data Governance and facilitate a Master Data Management program.

Ensure the integrity and validity of data throughout the data flow process cycle by designing and implementing data reconciliation processes and error handling based on source to target data comparisons.

Facilitates code review with Data Engineers and ETL developers to ensure high performance, consistency, and adherence to standards.

Engages with cross functional teams on data integration efforts for emerging AI/ML and BI platforms with enterprise systems and applications.

Mentors and trains members of the Data team to champion code quality, integrity and reusability throughout the department as well as designing and promoting standards and best practices.

Creates and maintains documentation of the Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence architectures, objects, standards, and best practices.

Requirements:

High School Diploma / GED required.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience Data Architecture or Data Modeling experience.

Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience with Data Warehousing methodologies/designs and processes.

Advanced experience with SQL and Python with the ability to write and understand complex programmable objects such as ETL/ELT and Dynamic code frameworks.

Advanced experience with a variety of ETL tools and methodologies

Advanced understanding of data security best practices

Advanced understanding of systems integrations and data integrations

Outstanding problem solver

Make decisions and move tasks independently. Self-motivated and able to handle tasks with minimal supervision or questions.

Ability to be an effective member of project teams

Critical thinking a must. Problem solving skills with the ability to look for root causes and implementable, workable solutions

Effective prioritization with strong focus on outcomes

Experience in Real Estate is a plus

Experience in the following tools and technologies are a plus:

Tableau

Power BI

Enterprise Architect

Microsoft SQL stack

Cloud environments (particularly Microsoft Azure)

Azure Data Factory

For positions that are permitted or required to work remotely, employees may conduct work only within the United States and only in states where the Company is already conducting business, unless for brief periods, consistent with Company policy. In the states of Colorado, California, Washington, and Illinois; the anticipated pay range/scale for this position is $131,631 to $169,847. Actual starting base pay within this range will depend on factors including geographic location, education, training, skills, and relevant experience.

Position is also eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in medical, dental and vision insurance; flexible spending accounts and/or health savings accounts; dependent savings accounts; 401(k) with company matching contributions; employee stock purchase plan; and, a tuition reimbursement program.
