Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $90,000-$110,000. Coordinate projects to deliver rich, interactive courseware, on time and on budget.
Strategize, plan and execute on building features that will deliver effective and delightful learning.
Collaborate and maintain regular communication to refine requirements and update the product roadmap
Anticipate and resolve risks, obstacles, and timing issues. Ensure efficient use of company resources cross-functionally.
Structure, construct, and maintain collateral to deliver technical training across the organization, as well as documenting best practices
Create user stories and acceptance criteria for recurring production issues and new feature requirements.
Assist in the validation of completed user stories and features.
Key collaboration/interfaces:Work closely with our engineering, UX, Application and Learning Tools teams to determine what is and isn't possible, tightly define requirements, and manage feature delivery.
Work closely with business units, solution management, marketing, security and customer success to ensure product goals are met.
Work closely with onshore and offshore engineering, quality assurance, and project management teams to scope efforts, identify and manage dependencies, and address roadblocks.
Competencies :3+ years product management experience
Demonstrated success in defining and developing products to meet business requirements from inception to launch
Experience in designing compelling solutions and integrating complex systems/APIs.
Critical experience with stakeholder management and translating customer needs to action, with a history of thriving in an agile product development environment.
Highly collaborative nature and excited to lead and thrive in team environments
Ability to compile and communicate key insights to offer recommendations and back your opinion.
A drive to think strategically, prioritize ruthlessly and execute methodically with a data-driven approach to decision making.
