Who We Are Looking For

Clear Capital is seeking an experienced Product Manager of Real Estate Analytics Products to help develop its Real Estate Analytics product group. The successful candidate is a self-starter with proven ability to translate end-user needs into technical requirements, with an understanding of how data is used to transform the valuation and fintech industry.

What you will work on

The Product Manager, Data & Analytics Products is responsible for the growth and market success of the product line, including products built on top of Clear Capital's Primary Property Store (PPS), or centralized real estate data. You will partner closely with our Data Engineering and Data Science teams, as well as collaborate across the company with stakeholders in Data Engineering, Sales, Customer Support, Product Marketing, Valuation, Legal and Finance. You will report to the Director, Data & Analytics Products, while gathering the needs from both internal and external market participants to shape clean data and software solutions to modernize the valuation space.
  • Launch data and analytics products for internal consumption as well as external markets in order to drive revenue and margin objectives
  • Managing stakeholder engagement to help shape the product features/roadmap
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers and the industry to translate the market needs into tangible user stories that drive the product roadmap
  • Frequently interfacing with customers (internal and external) to identify market needs, trends and solutions
  • Develop, document, and test business cases for uses of the product that create a high rate of success
  • Managing data vendors to fuel the data pipeline with a mutually beneficial relationship

Who we are looking for
  • 3+ years product management experience with data or analytics-driven enterprise products
  • Strong understanding of the product life cycle from end to end preferably in data analytics products
  • Comfortable in front of customers (internal and external) and curious about their pain points
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong collaboration skills and leadership presence
  • Experience working on product teams with competing priorities with aggressive timelines
  • Data analysis skills, SQL and/or Business Intelligence tool capabilities preferred but not required.
