They understand software development principles and have worked in large transformative technology teams or initiatives and are not only comfortable writing but also in visualizing concepts in diagrams and presentationsResponsibilities: - Collaborate with executive leadership to develop content strategies for internal and external technical content including documentation, presentations and media content.
- Collaborate with product technology leaders to develop content strategies for internal technical content.
- Support and improve architecture, process, security, and operations documentation.
- Work with the training department as well as Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Enterprise Applications and other related disciplines to gather and create documentation on complex technology concepts.
Requirements: - High School Diploma / GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in business management, Computer Science, Information Technology and/or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Writer/Analyst and/or related.
- Advanced verbal and written communication, planning, analysis, and organization skills.
- Advanced analytical, enterprise, and forward-thinking skills
- Must be able to use discretion and independent judgement.
- Must be able to implement process improvement changes with leadership direction.

Actual starting base salary will depend on geographical location, skills, and relevant experience.The Company also may provide benefits with this position including but not limited to: medical, dental, and vision insurance; Flexible Spending Accounts (FSUs) and/or Health Savings Accounts (HSAs); Dependent Savings Accounts; 401(k) plan with employer matching; employee stock purchase plan; and potential for bonuses. The above wage range is the Company's current good faith expectation for this position.
