Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate daily shop operations, including scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation.

Supervise and mentor technicians, providing hands-on guidance, training, and quality oversight to ensure high-performance standards.

Uphold and enforce all safety protocols, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Manage customer communication by providing clear updates on repair progress, timelines, and job status.

Qualifications:

5+ years in medium–to-heavy duty truck repair

Proven leadership experience in a shop, service, or mechanical environment, with the ability to supervise, train, and motivate a team of technicians.

Strong technical knowledge of truck equipment, repairs, and shop operations, with the ability to ensure quality control and maintain safety/compliance standards.

Knowledge of P.T.O. & hydraulic systems, air compressors, mobile truck cranes 3K-10K lbs.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with a half hour lunch, but hours could change based on need.
