Service Plumber – Residential Plumbing (Las Vegas, NV)

Position: Full-Time Service Plumber

Pay: 20%–30% of net job revenue (performance-based)

Job Summary

Larson Air & Plumbing is seeking an experienced Residential Service Plumber who can handle all aspects of plumbing service, repair, and installation. This role requires a motivated professional capable of working independently, managing complete plumbing jobs, and providing excellent customer service. Experience with permitting and major plumbing replacements is required.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems

Perform mainline replacements, water line repairs, and sewer line work

Install and repair water heaters, tankless systems, toilets, faucets, valves, and fixtures

Perform leak detection and pipe repairs

Pull plumbing permits and schedule inspections

Communicate clearly with customers about repairs and pricing

Ensure work complies with local plumbing codes

Maintain a clean, organized work truck and job sites

Accurately complete work orders and invoices

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years residential plumbing experience

Proven experience with mainline and sewer line replacements

Experience pulling permits and working with city inspectors

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Clean, valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Professional appearance and strong customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

Journeyman or Master Plumber license (preferred but not required)

Experience with trenchless sewer replacement a plus

Flexible schedule and on-call availability

Compensation & Benefits

Pay based on performance: 20%–30% of net revenue
