Shop Worker

Master Service Plumbing is seeking a full-time shop worker to join our team in Reno, NV. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, stays organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The role involves maintaining shop and yard cleanliness, receiving and organizing materials, making deliveries to job sites, ensuring company vehicles are properly maintained, and various other shop duties, as determined based on experience and skillset.

This position also offers a career path—there is potential to grow into a plumbing apprentice and eventually a journeyman, for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and yard

Receive and log material deliveries

Deliver materials to job sites in a timely and safe manner

Monitor inventory and ensure sufficient stock levels

Assist with general shop duties as needed

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license & clean driving record (required)

English speaker (bi-lingual preferred)

Strong work ethic & attention to detail

Ability to take direction well & also show initiative

Self-motivated & dependable

Comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced environment
