Position Summary:Work as a Leader in an Agile Team environment with other Engineers to develop and test application features and functions as described in product backlog.Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.

Essential Functions:1. Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting’ “Beyond the Best” Company-wide culture and demonstrating Service Standards at all times.2. Develop software using Node.js, TypeScript, JSON, React, Angular JS, RabbitMQ, Redis and/or other programming languages and standards. Proficient at MongoDB queries. Platform skills to include Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, AzureDevOps, Jenkins or other pipeline tools.3. Consult with other Engineers to identify current operating procedures and clarify design and implementation objectives.4. Formulate plans using industry standard techniques to outline tasks required to deliver committed user stories.5. Work effectively as a member within an agile Scrum team within a self-organized team, providing input and feedback in a helpful manner.6. Address and resolve data quality issues, such as integrity, accuracy, and completeness in a cost-effective and timely fashion.7. Participate with other members of a product team to operate, optimize, and support platforms in a production environment.8. Minimum Qualifications:5+ years of development experience in an enterprise environment with demonstrable expertise in tools and technologies similar to those in common use in software development preferred.Is a SME on multiple systems under specialty and with a detailed understanding of how multiple systems interact. Develops innovative solutions to unique problems.Demonstrable expertise of software design, software patterns, and object-oriented programming (OOP) techniques. An understanding of agile Scrum principles and practices. Certification as an in agile Scrum Team Member preferred.Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.Ability to communicate effectively with Stakeholders, Team Members and Leadership in both written and verbal form.Must be able to work on call as required.Experience providing leadership in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.Bachelor’s Degree in a technology related field or equivalent experience.

Physical Requirements:Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols.Must be able to sit at a computer for extended periods.Lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects, such as computers, devices, and peripherals.Must be flexible on work hours as systems emergencies arise.

Work Conditions:Work is typically in an area, which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, and may contain secondhand smoke. Work may be performed in small areas with a 3 ft. wide access. Tasks performed from a sitting or non-sitting position. Team Members will be required to stand, walk, lift, reach,push, pull and grasp. These tasks include the maintenance and care of assigned area. Work mayentail trained chemical usage. Constant contact with fellow Team Members and Guests.
