Job Responsibilities:The Sommelier is responsible for assisting with the outlet wine list, controlling cost, maintaining wine storage areas, keeping accurate inventory, training outlet staff in proper wine service, communicating with guests in a clear and professional manner, and providing excellent guests service according to Wynn Las Vegas service standards. 
The Sommelier also assists with service duties.
