They are responsible for leading RPA projects, analyzing business processes, and designing automation solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.Responsibilities:
Process Analysis: Evaluate existing business processes to identify areas suitable for automation using RPA technologies.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements for RPA projects.
Solution Design: Design RPA solutions, including process workflows, data handling, and exception handling.
Bot Development: Oversee the development of RPA bots, which may involve configuring, scripting, or coding in RPA tools like Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, Blue Prism, or UiPath
Testing: Conduct thorough testing and validation of RPA bots to ensure they meet business requirements and perform reliably.
Deployment: Coordinate the deployment of RPA solutions into production environments, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor the performance of deployed bots, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular maintenance and updates.
Documentation: Maintain documentation of RPA processes, configurations, and changes for reference and auditing purposes.
Training: Provide training and support to end-users and colleagues on RPA tools and processes.
Compliance: Ensure that RPA implementations comply with relevant regulatory and security standards.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in existing RPA processes and seek ways to optimize automation.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on RPA projects.
Certification in RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere, Power Automate or Blue Prism.
Understanding of Large Language models and Generative AI solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Project management skills to lead RPA initiatives effectively.
Knowledge of business process modeling and improvement techniques.
Understanding of data management and integration concepts.
Familiarity with IT and software development concepts.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing environments.
