POSITION SUMMARYThe Senior Full-Stack Engineer, Martech & Campaign Management is a hands-on engineering role within Wynn's Customer Data Platform (CDP) team, responsible for the design, development, and continuous improvement of Wynn's custom campaign management application and its integrations with the broader marketing technology ecosystem. This role owns both the frontend user experience and the backend services that power campaign creation, offer management, guest segmentation, and multi-channel activation across Wynn Resorts.The ideal candidate is a full-stack practitioner who combines strong ReactJS and Python engineering skills with the ability to work directly with marketing and campaign operations stakeholders. They understand how complex business workflows translate to application logic, have a high bar for production-quality code, and actively use AI-assisted development tools to move faster without sacrificing reliability.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESFrontend EngineeringDesign and implement ReactJS-based user interfaces that support complex campaign management workflows — including campaign creation, offer matrix configuration, approval routing, audience selection, and post-execution reporting.Build component-based UI architecture with strong separation of concerns; ensure components are reusable, testable, and maintainable across a multi-property application context (WLV and EBH).Implement role-based access control, field-level validations, and multi-step workflow logic in the frontend layer; ensure consistent error handling and user feedback across all screens.Partner directly with marketing and campaign operations stakeholders to understand UX requirements; translate business workflows into intuitive, performant user experiences without requiring a dedicated product designer.Ensure UI consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across campaign creation, approvals, and execution screens; contribute to and maintain a shared component library.Write frontend unit and integration tests; maintain coverage thresholds as part of the CI pipeline; participate in cross-browser and regression testing ahead of releases.Backend Engineering & API DevelopmentBuild and maintain FastAPI-based backend services that orchestrate campaign execution, manage offer and rate code logic, handle system valuations, and expose APIs consumed by the frontend and downstream integrations.Use SQLAlchemy ORM to model and manage application data; design schemas that support campaign lifecycle state, offer hierarchies, audience segmentation, and audit trails.Develop and maintain integration APIs that connect the campaign management application with enterprise martech, CRM, hospitality, and gaming platforms — ensuring reliable data exchange, idempotent operations, and graceful degradation.Design and implement backend validation logic, business rule enforcement, and workflow state management that mirror the complexity of Wynn's campaign and offer approval processes.Instrument backend services with logging, error handling, and observability hooks; participate in production support and root cause analysis for a business-critical platform.Data Integration & SnowflakeIntegrate application data flows with Snowflake — including query design, data-driven application logic, campaign performance data retrieval, and writing execution results back to the data warehouse.Work with the data engineering team to understand and consume CDP data assets — guest profiles, segmentation outputs, engagement history, and offer eligibility data — as inputs to campaign management application logic.Ensure data consistency between the campaign management application's operational data store and the enterprise data warehouse; design integration patterns that minimize latency and data drift.Contribute to data model design for application-owned entities — offer hierarchies, campaign lifecycle states, audience definitions — ensuring alignment with CDP data architecture standards.AI-Assisted Development & Engineering PracticeActively use AI coding assistants and code generation tools (including Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and VS Code AI extensions) as a standard part of the development workflow — for code generation, test writing, refactoring, and documentation.Validate and own all AI-generated output before committing — reviewing for correctness, security, and alignment with application architecture; AI tooling accelerates delivery but does not replace engineering judgment.Stay current with AI-assisted development tooling relevant to full-stack engineering; bring concrete productivity improvement proposals to the team.CI/CD, Deployment & Engineering GovernancePackage frontend and backend services using Docker; ensure containerized builds are consistent, reproducible, and environment-agnostic across development, staging, and production.Contribute to and operate within Wynn's CI/CD pipelines on GitHub — including automated test gates, linting, build validation, and environment promotion — following team branching and PR review standards.Participate in code review as both author and reviewer; maintain shared engineering standards for code quality, documentation, and test coverage across the campaign management application codebase.Follow disciplined engineering practices for all changes: read before write, single-purpose commits, documented rollback steps, and peer review before any production deployment.Stakeholder Collaboration & DeliveryWork within the CDP team's ADO delivery framework — writing User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and sprint tasks from business requirements; contributing to backlog grooming and sprint planning with product owners and marketing stakeholders.Communicate technical decisions, trade-offs, and blockers clearly to non-technical partners; translate complex engineering constraints into business-consumable language.Participate in feature grooming sessions with marketing, campaign operations, and revenue management stakeholders; ask clarifying questions before building rather than silently interpreting requirements.Support expansion of campaign management application capabilities — including real-time offer execution, personalized booking windows, promotional kiosk integrations, and communication-only campaign types.CORE COMPETENCIESFull-Stack OwnershipOwns the feature end-to-end — UI through API through dataDoes not wait for handoffs;
