Our client, located in Las Vegas, NV, is currently in need of a Storage Implementation Engineer for a 6 month contract. The consultant will travel around the Las Vegas area to implement and configure new Dell storage solutions at client sites.
Required Skills:- 5 years of experience and the ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Experience implementing Dell PMAX, VMAX or Isilon/PowerScale storage
- Experience performing the physical installation and configuration of storage arrays at a client site
- Racking, power on, loading Bin files, setting up remote connectivity, etc.
- Experience installing and connecting SAN switches
- Experience with fiber channel
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to travel up to 75% locally to WA. Must provide own vehicle for local travel
- Experience with ECS or Data Domain
- Experience with PowerStore or Unity
- Experience with VMware
