- As our Alliance Manager here at mLogica you will be responsible for adding value to our company by extending its accounts to company partners alongside the management of existing partner relationships.
- Relationships with these partners must remain well managed and mutually beneficial to both companies.
- The main objective as our alliance manager is to increase long-term revenue as well as performance within the company.
- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
- Research, develop and implement business plans with partners, ensuring successful execution
- Keep the system updated throughout the partnership life cycle ensuring all contact and communication is noted
- Identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails, client visits and any other methods
- Research potential partners, identify key players and generate interest
- Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships
- Build CSP awareness within sales and pre-sales organizations, supporting them to drive field enablement, alignment and joint opportunities
- Provide solutions and ideas to partners/clients on possible collaboration opportunities
- Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with company’s contract guidelines and policies
- Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partners’ liaison internally
- Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or other partnerships
- Foster ongoing relationships with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership
- 6+ years of experience in an Alliance or Partnerships position
- BA/BS in Business, Technology or similar field
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proven track record improving and developing partnerships
- Background in Cloud Technologies
- CSP background preferred
- Strong analytical skills and experience building and delivering reports
