Sushi Chef / Prep Cook in Truckee

New Sushi Restaurant is looking for an experienced sushi chef and a daytime prep cook. Knife skills / commercial kitchen experience is necessary. We may be willing to train the right candidate on sushi rolling. Pay is depending on experience but would total 25-50/hr including tips.

Part time or full time.
