Tangerine is a new restaurant in Truckee offering classic bistro fare prepared with the best ingredients.

We are hiring a sous chef to help lead our culinary program.

The position requires:

-Strong line cooking skills

-Solid knowledge of French cuisine

-Experience and proven success in the management of people, production and service

-Open availability

-Passion for the restaurant industry

-2yrs previous Sous Chef experience
