The IT Ops, Engineering & Support department or "IT" for short is responsible for possessing a detailed understanding of operations, architectural design and infrastructure and communicating the benefits of digitization of business to our function leaders.Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and resolve PC, Mac, and Telecom related issues.Assist with network and engineering teams when required.Function as an escalation point for lower level technicians.Mentor and lead other team members.Analyze and prioritize incoming issues.Provide instruction for procedural and technical issues.Work with other departments to come up with solutions to situations.Schedule, setup, and organize the IT portion of special events.Schedule and organize the IT portion of department moves.Maintain and evaluate IT inventory.Support and assist Executive staff to issues.
