The Data Engineer will report to the Executive Director, Digital Analytics and Marketing. SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIESWynn Resorts seeks to create a system of data, analysis and actions to better attract guests and scale the highly personalized services and experiences that top guests know Wynn resorts for, thereby driving greater loyalty and frequency while also selling more services through ever-increasing levels of personalization. The Data Engineer will create and manage solutions which turn data into knowledgeRoles and responsibilities for the Senior Data Engineer are:Participate in architecture development and solution design sessionsDrive data quality processes like data profiling, data cleansing etc.Guide other data engineers in the teamLead requirements sessions and data analysisConvert business requirements for information to technical specifications for data ingestion solutionsEngage with business stakeholders and source system SMEs to understand current data processes and develop data processing logic.Define, design & implement different data ingestion patterns based on business needs & requirementsLead the data modeling workstream; develop data models that are fit for business requirements using ErwinParticipate in data governance initiativesEnsure data integrity & quality is maintained throughout the solution; develop data quality solutions as part of the data flowDocument data flows and other design specificationsEvaluate best-fit data ingestion, integration & replication tools for cloud-based data analytics use casesImplement real-time data transfers to ensure data is made available to the business at the right time & the right placeMaintain & support the data ingestion tools & solutions
