- Working with Product Managers and the enterprise to make sure solution promoting is the right one.
- Following digital architecture standards.
- Integrating various components together into the enterprise solutions.
- They will be Promoting Cloud Native Solutions (SaaS).
What are we looking for?Unix EngineerLas Vegas NVDay 1 Onsite 8+ years of UNIX system administration experience to include: installation, configuration, networking, server administration/management, troubleshooting, security, monitoring, tuning, capacity planning, backup/recovery, service pack/hot fix/patch install, vendor support liaison.- Initiate, evaluate, communicate and coordinate technical issues among different groups, and negotiate their resolution, ensuring that issues are acted upon, documented, communicated and closed within a reasonable time frame.- Working with ticketing software for incident management- Manage incident/request tickets, response SLA’s and resolution SLA’s- Manage the server/client allocations based on work load.- The ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical staff and management at all levels of an organization.- UNIX tools knowledge.- Data Communications skills, including LAN and WAN.- C, C, Perl and TZCL scripting skills.- SAN and NAS configuration and support.- Experience building, configuring and maintaining Red Hat Linux servers (Physical and Virtual).
