Skills• Have deep experience of Time Management in implementing Workforce Software and Integration with SAP EC Payroll.• Have deep experience with implementing Workforce Software in a Public Sector environment with numerous Collective Bargaining Unit contracted employees as well as all types of State government employees (Board members, salary exempts/non-exempts, hourly, temporary, and seasonal workers); have experience with multiple work assignments imported/integrated (Concurrent Employment) to SAP EC Payroll.• The following functional knowledge is required:o Configuration and implementation experience: Work schedules; all types of work schedules to support 24 X 7-hour operations. Policy profiles & Employee Groups (definition of structures based on knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central integration); knowledge of positive and negative time recording. Timesheet collection, Submission & Workflow Approvals, and notifications. Timesheet knowledge of costing time to all types of cost elements such as internal orders, WBS elements and Project codes; ability to configure and support Working out of Class and timesheet overrides. Deep knowledge of Timesheet entry for Granted/Funded projects. Budgeting and Costing of time entries; assignment integration with SAP EC Payroll and S4HANA Financials; cross-year cost splitting of time. Absences and Attendances including leave types with balances including banked balances; must have experience and working knowledge of military (& other types of mandatory leave) including contractual time off leaves & FMLA mandated time off Holiday calendar and holiday worked Overtime (double time, worked holiday time, Call Back, Shift differentials). Pay premiums Activity type time tracking Evaluation of all time recorded within a state government public sector environment. Deep integration knowledge between SuccessFactors Employee Central to Workforce Software to SAP EC Payroll. Processing of off-cycles Integration of HR imports, cost allocations, activity tracking, timesheets (legacy and other), scheduled templates Integration of WFS exports for payroll and bank balances Successful integration to SAP ECPayroll for parallel payroll cycles and their comparison.
