Job Description
In this role you willsupport the day-to-day running of the TWGB Field teams, providing stakeholders with a complete end-to-end serviceand ensuring the customer has a seamless experience throughout.
This role willprovide assistance in:
- Project coordination
- Invoicing
- All of Government inbox management
- RFP/Tender support
- new customer account set up
- Customer conference coordination
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we are looking for a thoroughly customer-focused individualwho istruly passionate about ensuringwe keepthe customer at the centre of everything we do. Thorough, strong eye for detail andtop notch continous improvement skills– this describes you down to a T.
Success will be summed up with your ability to execute all of the above duties by being a helpful and trusted advisor to key stakeholders such as suppliers and our team members across TWG. Living and breathingattributes such as collaboration and a growth mindset will come naturally to you, along with thriving in a busy ever-changing environment.

- Previous administration experience
