• Assessing theclient’s) needs
• Measuring the effectiveness of their treatment program
• Empowering the client to manage their injury or health condition
• Basing the individual treatment program on the best available research evidence
• Working closely with other Occupational Therapists and Psychologists to individually help each client return to a full life

• Bachelor of Exercise Physiology with ESSA registration
• Experience in an Exercise Physiology role, delivering programs & engaging with clients
• Current Vehicle and Drivers Licence
• An understanding of worker's compensation, rehabilitation and occupational health and safety legislation
