Activation Consultant

The Position:As an Activation Consultant, you will be responsible for co-ordinating the delivery of the Work for the Dole program in your designated region(s), providing guidance to Managers and atWork staff members regarding Work for the Dole related activities.Your key responsibilities will be but not limited to:Work closely with AWA team to ensure appropriate intervention strategies are implemented for any clients ‘at risk’ of possible fall off, in turn increasing centre conversion rates.Liaise with AWA Job Coaches and troubleshoot issues arising with jobseekers within activities and moving clients to more suitable activities.Ensure all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirementsManagement of risk assessment and signed contractsRaise purchase orders and supplier invoice account
