You will analyze historical performance, understand key business drivers, and forecast the business performance we expect to deliver. We are looking for a team-oriented person with solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong Excel and Essbase skills are required.Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities (Must be able to live in the Northeast Division Footprint of VA, DC, WV, PA, NJ, DE, RI, CT, MA, VT, NH or MD)

Deliver detailed tier level forecasting by line-of business for the monthly forecast and annual planning process

Works with a high level of technical expertise to deliver subscriber insights to meet the needs of the organization

Engages cross-functionally to ensure key forecasting assumptions are consistent across all lines of business and team members

Identifies and works on problems and recommends solutions.

Works closely with specialist(s) to manage the placement specialized programming.

Coordinates the flow of information and communication between Sales, Sales Support and Traffic departments.

Leads and mentors Sales Support Representatives to help facilitate the completion of accurate work. Provides oversight to overall sales support processes and offer necessary guidance.

Assists with the training and mentoring of new and existing Product Support Analysts on all sales-related procedures and paperwork requirements.

Keeps abreast of sales strategies, trends, initiatives and best practices within the Company and competitive landscape.

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
