If you're passionate about turning numbers into impact, we want you on board! What you will be doing:Data Management & OptimisationOwn and streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure seamless operations.Maintain and enhance key data sources, ensuring updates are processed accurately and efficiently.Lead data standardization efforts across NPDL, creating a shared understanding of critical metrics.Develop and document best practices and procedures to enhance data integrity, accuracy, and sustainability.Data-Driven Analysis & InsightsProvide powerful analytical support to drive process and performance improvements across multiple teams.Utilize data mining and deep-dive analysis to uncover key trends, identify inefficiencies, and propose game-changing solutions.Enhance system integration and data flow, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams.Performance Reporting & Impact TrackingMonitor costs, inventory, and redelivery, escalating container delays and providing monthly performance reports.Develop and enhance interactive dashboards, KPIs, and performance tracking tools to improve efficiency and mitigate risks.Own the reporting cadence—delivering weekly, monthly, and quarterly insights with precision and impact.Operational Support & Project ExecutionStep in during peak periods or team absences to maintain workflow and keep operations running smoothly.Play a key role in delivering high-impact projects on time and within scope, ensuring cross-functional collaboration.
