Prepare and Serve Beverages:Brew coffee and espresso drinks (lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, etc.).Prepare and serve alcoholic drinks such as cocktails, beer, wine, and mixed drinks.Follow standard recipes and adjust based on customer preferences.Customer Service:Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.Take customer orders and answer any questions regarding the menu.Maintain Cleanliness:Clean and sanitize equipment such as coffee machines and bar space. Maintain a clean work area, including countertops, seating areas, and barware.Follow health and safety guidelines.Inventory and Stock Management:Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, alcohol, and other ingredients.Replenish ingredients and supplies as needed.Inform management of any low-stock items.Team Collaboration:Work closely with other staff members, including servers, kitchen staff, and bartenders.Assist team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operation.
