Bartender

The Bartender is responsible for crafting and serving exceptional cocktails, fine wines, and premium spirits while delivering an engaging and personalized guest experience. This role requires deep mixology knowledge, precision in execution, and the ability to curate unforgettable moments at the bar. 

 

The ideal candidate is a passionate beverage professional with a refined approach to cocktail-making, a strong understanding of global spirits and wine, and the ability to engage guests with storytelling and expert recommendations. This full-time position has an hourly rate of $18.00 plus tips. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Create and serve high-quality cocktails, spirits, and beverages that align with Faena’s elevated luxury standards. Engage guests in an immersive bar experience, providing personalized recommendations and cocktail education. Maintain a deep knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, wine pairings, and artisanal spirits. Ensure the bar is fully stocked, impeccably clean, and organized at all times. Monitor and control liquor costs, waste, and portioning to maximize efficiency. Collaborate with the Beverage Director and Bar Manager to create seasonal and signature cocktails. Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws, health codes, and Faena safety standards.
