We’re a busy general contracting and construction company in Laconia, NH seeking reliable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to help keep our finances organized and projects running smoothly. QuickBooks and Excel proficiency required.Position starts as part-time with the possibility of becoming full-time for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
Assist with payroll processing and subcontractor payments.
Prepare monthly reports and support year-end tax preparation.
Qualifications:
Bookkeeping or accounting experience (construction industry a plus).
Proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel.
Reliable and Dependable.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Discretion with sensitive financial information
