The position entails a blend of business development and account management responsibilities for the partneringONE+ subscription product. The individual in this role will need to initiate and complete the sales process by strategically presenting the solution to senior-level decision-makers in the Life Sciences industry, based on the unique requirements of each client.Apart from handling strategic sales and account management duties, the role also requires the candidate to employ innovative thinking, deliver exceptional customer service, and adopt a dynamic approach to product development. The ideal candidate will be joining a team of highly motivated and experienced professionals with a goal to consistently surpass ambitious sales targets, even in a challenging economic environment.Responsibilities will include:Direct management of letter split of accounts, reporting on revenue, monitoring pipelines and providing key information on the market landscape and its future trends and challengesImplementation of the strategic sales strategy to tackle annual event revenue targetIdentify sales opportunities with existing and new accounts, understand business objectives and penetrate organizations. Adopt a consultative sales approach to improve the value of each saleClient retention - provide a high level of account management service to strengthen the client relationship year on year in conjunction with Customer Success ManagerNew business generation. Proactively increase the lead universe and provide innovative tailored proposals / solutions based on client needsProvide information on the market landscape, content, the competition and communicate these deliverables to the Business Development Director to ensure maximum revenue generating potential for each accountAttend EBD events to develop strong customer relationships, effectively promoting and selling partneringONE+ to senior executive decision makers
