About the Opportunity

The Project Manager is a newly created role and integral to BlueScope’sdigitaltransformation strategy that seeks to unlock the next wave of growth, customerand productivity improvementsacross the global business.

Working closely witha range of BlueScopebusinessesand functionsyou will execute and deliver business improvementprograms that deliverpositive and sustainable commercial outcomes. These programs can involve implementing new machine learning solutions to optimising processing times.

You will look to apply agile project methodologies, engage key decision makers and coordinate resources successfully - bringing cross functional teams of people together to achieve programs of change in full, on time, within budget.

Your Background

You will be a clear and influential communicator who is collaborative and adaptable with the ability to build swift trust and meaningful relationships across the business.

With demonstrated experience agile and lean project management techniques, you will also bring high level of commercial acumen and a track record of delivering sustainable value.

You are a tertiary-qualified professional, who can work independently and take accountability in leading change and delivering results.

Prior experience in delivering

business transformation programs, business improvement teams or lean process management initiatives, will be highly regarded.

Work Location

Ideal location is Melbourne or Sydney.
