Your key objective will be to provide expert guidance and insights, support people to make sound property decisions, and flex your strategic nous as you negotiate your way to securing the best possible outcomes for your clients. Key Responsibilities: A day in the life of an Aussie Buyer’s Agent involves:Taking detailed client briefs to understand clients' property goalsStaying abreast of market conditions, the real estate landscape, regulatory updates, and property newsSourcing potential properties across on-market, pre-market and off-market listings that tick your client’s boxesConducting thorough research and due diligence to assess potential risksNegotiating purchase prices and terms to secure the most favourable deals for your clientsManaging relationships with real estate agents, solicitors, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction processBeing a master relationship builder, wowing your clients at every touchpoint, and securing repeat and ongoing business
