However, we pride ourselves on keeping our Care assistants close to home, and on keeping our clients’ care teams as small and consistent as possible.  This ensures they receive the continuity they crave.We devote at least an hour to every client we visit, which means that rather than rushing to get tasks done, we can spend meaningful time with our clients that really makes their day!You will receive excellent support and award-winning training, so no experience is necessary, but equally if you do have experience, we would also love to meet you too!What is essential is, that you are kind, caring, compassionate and really want to make a difference to someone’s life.Duties can include:Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visitHelp with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light houseworkAccompanying to appointments or shoppingPersonal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent
