Care Centre Manager

We’re on the lookout for an inspirational and experienced Care Centre Manager to lead this exciting new chapter. You’ll play a critical role in establishing a high-performing team of Nurses and Caregivers, and ensure we continue to deliver the exceptional care we’re known for.What you’ll be doing:Reporting to the Village Manager, you’ll be responsible for the care centre’s daily operations and strategic leadership, including:Full accountability for staffing, budgeting, and complianceLeading and coaching your team with a strong focus on recruitment, development, and recognitionBuilding meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and stakeholders – and being their trusted point of contact, especially in sensitive situationsSupporting sound clinical decision-making and ensuring quality care at all timesManaging audits, policy implementation, and working with NASC, Te Whatu Ora and other key external agenciesDriving a strong, connected team culture across the villageThis is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm, with some occasional on-call responsibilities that include weekends and nights.Please click here to view the full job description.
