We’re now seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our talented culinary team and bring their flair to one of Sydney’s most exciting dining destinations.What You’ll be doing:Work alongside our Executive and Sous Chefs to deliver exceptional dining experiences.Lead by example, supervising the kitchen in their absence and guiding junior team members.Prepare and present dishes with precision, creativity, and consistency.Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation across all sections.Support in menu development, mise en place, and maintaining stock control and cost efficiency.
