The Client Reporting Coordinator uses attention-to-detail to produce client-facing reporting for Informa Tech marketing services programs such as webinars and content syndication. They also perform campaign set up of registration forms, landing pages and client reporting. Career-pathing is as specialist in marketing analytics and/or digital marketing operations.Lead Management & Campaign Reporting Oversight of overall campaign reporting workflow for assigned brands/ programs Lead validation for compliance, data quality and targeting specifications (aka “filtering”) Client reporting including data visualization and writing executive summariesLead delivery into custom client platforms, troubleshoot and solve lead delivery issues with support from Platform Lead Troubleshoot and solve any reporting issues Set Up  Own timely and flawless set up of each program’s registration forms, landing pages and lead management campaigns in WordPress, Eloqua, Convertr, etc.  Testing and troubleshooting forms and campaigns to ensure proper setup (fields, field values, data transformation, etc.) including compliance language and special requests  Ensure proper set up of Lead Management Campaign (in Convertr) with support from Informa Eloqua Support Team (using WorkFront) including lead validation processesTroubleshoot and solve any set up issues with Platform Lead Special Projects & Continuous Improvement Training/ Coaching Role in special projects, as assigned Ongoing skills training on Engage platforms Ongoing reading/ summarizing/ sharing of articles and info on any Engage Campaign Analytics subject matter
